UCLA’s Mindful Awareness Research Center brings you Mindful Awareness Practices 1. This 6-week class emphasizes the basic principles of mindfulness and helps you develop a personal meditation practice. Through reflection and community, it encourages application of mindfulness principles in daily life.
Each class is a combination of lecture, practice, and group discussion. This is a great option to deepen your practice in an intimate setting, build accountability, or initiate a practice.
