Join us Monday nights from 7-8:15 pm for a new mindfulness / meditation sitting group with Samantha Snowden.

This is a free group for anyone interested in developing or deepening a meditation practice!

Want to learn skills of focus, awareness, loving kindness, resiliency, and learn to navigate the sometimes chaotic landscape of our minds? Learn to meditate or recommit to a practice for 2016.
