Neurofeedback is biofeedback on brainwaves where we provide simple auditory and visual feedback to guide your brain gradually to make more or less of specific brainwaves. It's an intense workout for the brain, except you don’t have to break a sweat, and, once you get the gains, they’re usually long lasting.
Mindfulness has been shown to have many beneficial effects, including increased attention, reduced anxiety, better sleep, stress management, improved concentration, and inner peace. We offer free weekly mindfulness classes at most locations.
